If you'd like to swap your order for a different size, we're happy to offer free worldwide shipping on your first exchange! You'll just need to cover the return postage for the original item, and we’ll ship your replacement to you, free of any additional shipping charges. *Subsequent exchanges will incur shipping fees.

To be eligible, the original item must be returned in brand new condition, with all tags and the hygiene seal intact. Items that are soiled, worn, or with missing tags will not qualify for an exchange. In such cases, the item will be treated as a return, and a refund will be issued minus the original delivery cost.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage to avoid issues during transit.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping at the time of order, a restock fee will be deducted from your refund based on the actual shipping cost incurred.

Returned items must strictly meet the following criteria:

• Brand-new condition
• Unworn and unmarked
• Original tags and hygiene seals intact
• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Returns are not available on thongs, sale items, embellished & custom orders.
