Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage to avoid issues during transit.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, a restock fee will be deducted from your refund based on the actual shipping cost incurred.

Returned items must strictly meet the following criteria:

• Brand-new condition
• Unworn and unmarked
• Original tags and hygiene seals intact
• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Returns are not available on thongs, sale items, embellished & custom orders.
