We want you to love your purchase! Returns and exchanges are available for all handmade items except thongs, sale items, embellished, and custom orders.
To arrange a return, please contact us for the return address.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage to avoid issues during transit.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, a restock fee will be deducted from your refund based on the actual shipping cost incurred.
